Privacy Policy

What this site is. Descent TCG is a static, informational website for our trading card shop in Bradenton, FL. There are no user accounts, no cookies, no analytics or tracking, and no advertising on this site.

Information we collect. The only personal information we collect is what you type into a form: the contact form and the per-card "make an offer" forms ask for your name, your email address or other contact info, and a message (plus an offer amount on the offer forms).

How we use it. We use that information solely to respond to your inquiry or to review and reply to your offer. Form submissions are delivered to the shop by email and read by the people who run it.

Who processes it. Form submissions are sent through Resend, our email delivery provider, which processes the message content only to deliver it to our designated inbox.

Retention. Messages and offers are kept as ordinary business correspondence so we can reference past conversations. We don't build profiles or use your information for anything beyond the conversation you started.

Sharing. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Third-party services. A few third parties touch this site: Resend (delivers form emails), Collectr (the embedded live-inventory showcase on the Fort Knox Vault page — Collectr's own privacy policy governs anything collected through that embed), Vercel (hosts the site and keeps standard server logs), and Google Fonts (serves the site's font files).

Your rights. You can ask us at any time to see or delete the messages you've sent us. Email your request to matthew@descenttcg.com and we'll take care of it, unless we're legally required to keep something.
